A Newton Commonwealth Inner Club (NCIC) membership entitles you to obtain a USGA/GHIN handicap index and also makes you eligible to play in NCIC tournaments and leagues. The annual membership fee for adults (18 and older) is $60 or for juniors (17 and under) is $20 and includes membership in the MGA** (Mass. Golf Association).
