Beef Stew - Guidelines

Substitutability:
Only players of the same skill level may substitute for another player. For example, a "C" player will fall into a specific handicap range. Only a player falling into the same handicap range is allowed to substitute for that "C" player.

Missing Players:
If a player is missing, the team has two options. First, they may choose to withdraw and get a refund of their entry fee. Second, they may compete with the missing player being replaced with a blind draw of a score from the group of players in the same category. For example, if a "B" player is missing, all of the scores of the "B" players will be collected and a blind draw to choose the "B" player whose score will replace the missing player. The player chosen in the blind draw will participate in the prizes awarded, should the blind draw place him/her on a team that wins a prize.

Disqualification:
If a player is disqualified during the competition, the team will continue in a Best 2-of-3 format.

Late Arrival:
If a player arrives after the start of his group, he/she may join the team on the next hole.

Order of Finish:
All Ties will split the appropriate prizes. For example, a two-way tie for first place will result in the prizes for the first two teams being combined and divided evenly among the two teams.
