Member-Guest & BBQ - Guidelines

Substitutability:
Any guest may be substituted up until the member's tee time. Once play begins, no substitution of players is allowed.

Missing Players:
Any team missing a player, and unable to find a replacement before play begins, may still compete. The remaining player may still play, and his/her score on each hole will be treated as the team best ball. If a player is forced to leave during the round, the remaining player may finish the competition representing the team.

Disqualification:
If a player is disqualified after the round starts, his/her partner may continue play as 'the team'. The player disqualified may not participate during the remainder of the competition.

Late Arrival:
If a player arrives after the start of his group and has not been substituted for, he/she may join his/her playing partner at the beginning of the next hole. If the late arriving player has been substituted for, he will not be allowed to join his group.

Order of Finish:
All Ties will split the appropriate prizes. For example, a two-way tie for first place will result in the prizes for the first two teams being combined and divided evenly among the two teams.
